Shipping policy

For curbside or in-store pickup orders, please wait for a confirmation email before heading to the store.

For curbside pickup, call the Help Desk at 503-620-8979 when you arrive and we will bring your order out to you. Please bring your confirmation email or photo ID.

In-store inventory updates/ syncs with website inventory every 15-45 minutes and sometimes in-store product availability can changes during this time. We will notify you if this occurs.

Shipping Time -- Orders will be processed in 1-2 business days. Delivery will be made as soon as possibly within 30 days after receipt of order - ARO. However, some circumstance outside of our control may delay delivery and based upon product availability, delivery time cannot be guaranteed.
